3 Finger Betty is a punk style band, based out of Des Moines, Iowa. Started in 2013, 3FB underwent a couple lineup changes before finally settling as a 4 person group in 2017.

With the new formation came a new sound. Now with hints of rock and metal, 3 Finger Betty has forged a sound that is unique to the area.
