Recorded over the course of 2023/24 LVLTR offers five tracks that musically serve as a love letter to early Sloan meets later Jawbreaker, filtered through a Weezer lens, and played after hours through Nirvana's equipment.

Lyrically the record captures what feels like an infinite loop of internal isolation, depression and complacency - that is, until the opportunity appears to move on and start living your best life.
