Decibel Magazine Reveals Metal & Beer Fest 2023 Philly Lineup

Decibel Magazine have announced nearly the full lineup of bands and breweries set to take part in the 2023 edition of their annual Metal & Beer Fest in Philadelphia, PA.

SUICIDAL TENDENCIES will celebrate the 40th anniversary of their eponymous debut album with a full album set of the record with a side of other hits from hits. In the other headlining slot, THE BLACK DHALIA MURDER will defend their title as America's best melodic death metal act in their return to the East Coast.

EYEHATEGOD will be appearing on the bill as well, with a 30th anniversary set of their classic Take As Needed For Pain, while Pennsylvania death metal icons INCANTATION will honor the 25th birthday of Diabolical Conquest. One more anniversary set is yet to be revealed, but all we know is the mystery guest is celebrating a 30th album anniversary as well.

The rest of the lineup includes: MIZMOR, FROZEN SOUL, ALL OUT WAR, UNDEATH, DROWNINGMAN, WORM, FUMING MOUTH, PHOBOPHILIC, and ESCUELA GRIND!

The absolutely stacked two day event, will of course, include libations from some of the best brewers in the world. The year’s beer lineup is presented by craft beer legends 3 Floyds (IN) and includes featured breweries Broken Goblet Brewing (PA), Wake Brewing (IL), WarPigs Brewing (IN), TRVE Brewing (CO), Widowmaker Brewing (MA), Bone Up Brewing (MA), Kings County Brewers Collective (NY), Yards Brewing (PA), Magnanimous Brewing (FL) and flagship meadery Brimming Horn Meadery (DE).

Since day one, Decibel Magazine Metal & Beer Fest is something we’ve been honored to be a part of and look forward to circling the date on our calendars each year,” says 3 Floyds’ Brewmaster Chris Boggess. “[Decibel editor] Albert Mudrian and crew outdo themselves each time with the sick lineups they put together, and this year is no different. We’re stoked to once again be a part of it and can’t wait to share some more beers and metal with all of you once again in Philly.

Tickets go on sale this Friday, October 22nd at 10am ET. Pre-orders begin Tuesday.
