Cinematic metal artist MASSER has unveiled new single "Creed of a Worshipped Weapon." The video is easily interpreted as a dark commentary on society's worldwide obsession with cellphones and social media.
Multi-instrumentalist Gideon Waxman comments, "My belief is that social media causes more harm than good. It’s a visage and veil of fake happiness and a platform for cruelty and judgment. It’s a vehicle for hate speech, cruelty, and arrogance. A ‘false reality’ where people simply seek approval and validation, and are quick to judge others whilst shouting their own praises, ideologies and opinions."
