Stomach Release "Get Through Winter"

Chicago’s STOMACH will return with their second LP, Low Demon, on July 18th via Hibernation Release. The album will be their first as a trio after bassist Kirk Syrek (Sick/Tired, Exalted), was recruited to play alongside drummer/vocalist John Hoffman (Weekend Nachos, Ledge) and guitarist Adam Tomlinson (Sick/Tired, Sea Of Shit). "Get Through Winter" is the first single from the five-song record, and it's available now!
Hoffman comments, “‘Get Through Winter’ is a song about seasonal depression and the indescribable emotions that come with below freezing temperatures. In the Midwest it's pretty much a staple, one of those, ‘Tell me you're from Chicago without telling me you're from Chicago’ things. There is a chemical imbalance that happens during those months, not to everybody but to some of us, that is truly miserable, like any hope for happiness is on hold and you aren't able to move forward with life until your brain thaws. I hate it here, but I will probably always live here."
