Blue Heron Release New Single "Marigold"

BLUE HERON has unveiled their new single "Marigold," which will appear on their upcoming stopgap LP, Emulations, due out October 10th via Blues Funeral Recordings. The eight-song effort combines new studio recordings with live-in-the-studio performances captured during a session at Albuquerque's KUNM college radio station earlier this year. It's release will coincide with the band's first ever European tour. Check out the dates below!

Vocalist Jadd Shickler on the record, "We're on a streak of putting out something new every year since 2021, so knowing we were going in to record the Nine Inch Nails tune, we talked about what else we could do to get the most of our studio time. We'd gotten the invite to do KUNM and decided to see if we could pull a few things together and add them to whatever might come out of the in-studio session, and maybe we'd have something unique and cool ahead of our European tour."
