August Burns Red Re-Do Debut LP "Thrill Seeker"

AUGUST BURNS RED has re-recorded from their debut LP Thrill Seeker with longtime collaborators and producers Carson Slovak and Grant McFarland. The reissue features the first recorded versions to include vocalist Jake Luhrs and includes some additional guest appearances. Today, the band has shared a lyric video for the track "Your Little Suburbia Is In Ruins."

Killswitch Engage's Adam Dutkiewicz, the original producer of Thrill Seeker, joins the band on "Speech Impediment," and original Thrill Seeker vocalist Josh McManness contributes vocals on "Barbarian."

"When I joined the band in early 2006, I often spoke about how I'd love to do vocals on a studio recording of Thrill Seeker," says Luhrs. "I did the majority of the touring on the album and always felt a deep connection to it. As the 20 year anniversary of the album approached, we decided to finally give Thrill Seeker a facelift. It was such a rewarding experience to dust these songs off and give them new life. This album changed the course of my life and I can't wait for fans to hear this."

The 20th anniversary edition will be released via the band's own ABR Records on January 24th. Pre-order it here and pre-save it here.
