INNUMERABLE FORMS, the underground extreme metal supergroup, has unveiled the details of their third LP, Pain Effulgence, due out August 22nd through Profound Lore Records. Accompanying the announcement is the album's first single, "Impulse." The record was produced by Arthur Rizk (Power Trip, Cavalera Conspiracy, Tomb Mold) and features art by Katie Muller.
Founder and vocalist Justin DeTore comments, “Pain Effulgence channels raw violence into a deeper meditation. It’s bleak—full of resentment, repression, and spiritual exile, yet there’s a constant refusal to submit. Whether clawing through inner torment (‘Blotted Inside’) or rejecting moral weakness (‘Ressentiment’), the lyrics embody a brutal, unflinching defense of personal dignity.”
